Job Description

Description: . Responding to incident and change requests for Workday in a BAU capacity. Provide deep level analysis and consultation for potential system enhancements, new features on Workday. Assigned to change transformation projects providing analysis, consultancy and configuration changes. Support test scripts creation relevant to the change/project. Responsible for the end to end design and implementation of system enhancements. Work closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead & drive end-to-end Workday systems improvement.. Ability to juggle BAU requests along with transformation projectsRequirements: Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity. Experience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environment. Configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security configuration,. Advanced Reporting Writer skills. Beneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday - Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management. Excellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure. Strong problem-solving skills to solve any issues within the system
