Responsibilities Supporting the management and operations of existing HR systems (e.g. Core HR, Payroll, Scheduling Time & Attendance), as well as the evaluation and change management of new HR systems. Collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders to determine and document business and data requirements, optimise and implement process and system enhancements, and conduct testing to resolve application issues. Developing and updating documentation with training of users in new processes and automation projects. Extracting, transforming, and combining HR-related data from different sources for HR Dashboard and statistical requests. Requirements Degree in related discipline with prior 1-2 years' experience in HR Information Systems is preferred.
