Craft and post fun, engaging job ads on top job portals Help draft employment documents (offer letters, contracts & more) Coordinate interviews & connect with awesome candidates

2?? Retraining

Propose cool training courses for team growth Collect & compile feedback to measure training impact Work with leads to evaluate post-training performance

3?? Retention

Support staff benefits & leave schemes Learn how leave policies align with MOM regulations Prep leave reports for payroll Help organize team bonding events, festive celebrations & CSR activities

Who We're Looking For

Full-time student in HRM or related discipline Genuinely interested in Recruitment, Retraining & Retention Great communicator with a proactive mindset Detail-oriented & organized Team player who can also work independently Able to commit

full-time for at least 4 months
