What you'll be doing
Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Assist in the implementation and alignment of HR policies and processes across departments.
Help maintain HR records (electronic and physical) and ensure data accuracy.
Provide administrative support in areas such as leave management, performance tracking, and training logistics.
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Who We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to commit to a full-time 3-month internship.
