The Opportunity




We have an exciting opportunity to join the Human Resources team in a leading legal company in Singapore. Being a team member will give you the chance to assist both the local and broad regional teams with diverse HR procedures, while also increasing your understanding of HR in the legal field.


If you are meticulous and curious about exploring HR in a dynamic setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you to excel and begin your HR career!


The internship period will be a minimum of 6 months on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday, 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM) with hybrid working arrangement.

Roles & Responsibilities



Human Resources




Recruitment

Coordinate interviews schedules and liaise with candidates on availabilities Represent the firm during campus events to promote internship opportunities

Onboarding Activities

Plan and organise induction schedule Collaborate with other departments to prepare necessary logistics Assist during HR induction presentation Welcomes new employees on their first day

Additional HR Responsibilities

Maintain an accurate and organised HR system (Workday) Assist with letter drafting Participate and provide valuable inputs in weekly HR meetings Generate and update monthly / ad hoc reports as needed Plan and execute team building events, lunches and meetings as needed Participate in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives

Administrative Roles:



Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of daily operations Ensure timely processing of invoices and reimbursements

Skills:



Basic knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc Strong verbal and written communication skills Team Player with positive attitude towards learning High level of confidentiality Attention to detail and meticulous Self-starter, motivated and proactive
