Job Profile: Human Resource Intern
Department: Human Resource / SSC, Singapore
Location: Singapore Reporting to: Human Resource Manager LVMH Watches & Jewellery Singapore is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Human Resource Intern to provide operational support to the department on generalist tasks and regional HR projects. Key duties include: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment function including job posting and maintenance, screening of job applications, coordinating interviews and consolidating of onboarding documents
- Provide support in Compensation & Benefits activities
- Assist in the implementation of key HR projects and roll out of employee engagement programmes, training and development programmes
- Support in other administrative matters
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Preferably undergraduate with a background in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration discipline
- Self-driven, meticulous and an efficient multi-tasker
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Has a keen interest in pursuing a career in HR Generalist or is passionate about people development
Internship Commitment:
- Full-time interns preferred (6 months) but Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
