A1 FACILITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. (the "Company") is a Exempt Private Company Limited by Shares, incorporated on 27 September 2016 (Tuesday) in Singapore . The address of the Company\'s registered office is at the NORTHSTAR @ AMK building. The Company current operating status is live and has been operating for 7 years. This Company\'s principal activity is general cleaning services (including cleaning of public areas, offices and factories) except household cleaning with pest control services not in connection with agriculture as the secondary activity.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.
- Preparation of employees payslips and Doing CPF Contributions for themonth.
- Undergraduate in a Degree of Human Resource Management or any relevant field
- Internship duration must be minimum 6 months
- Must be a full time internship
