Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and communicate with the stalk holders eg. supervisors, employees, vendors & HRBPs

Carry out updating, reporting on worksheets and listings etc.

Prepare necessary standard letters.

Carry out filing activities.

Any other ad-hoc assignments

Education Level, Qualifications and Certifications:

Students studying for academic diploma or degree.

Knowledge and Skills:

\xe2\x80\x8bMS office Excel & Words.
