Create comparison reports highlighting similarities, differences, and potential gaps.
Provide structured documentation to support management in decision-making during the integration process.
Management
Review and tidy up existing s (JDs) for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
Standardize formatting, language, and role structures across departments.
Ensure consistency between JDs and actual roles/responsibilities.
General HR and General Affairs Support
Assist in maintaining HR documentation and filing systems.
Support HR and General Affairs team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business
Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
