The role is responsible for supporting DHL Express Asia Pacific to develop best-in-class talent strategies that will enable us to attract and recruit top talent to join our team of Certified International Specialists (CIS). You will use your skills and capabilities to develop strategic partnerships internally and externally ensuring we stay abreast with the current recruiting trends. “Excellence. How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
As a Passionate Talent professional, you will use your energy and enthusiasm to deliver the following tasks:

• Develop and lead the consistent implementation of Resourcing initiatives, including elements such as assessment and selection frameworks, onboarding, buddy program, etc.
• Determine and advise on recruitment methods, channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Agencies, Universities), and selection tools
• Define guidelines and oversee implementation of Graduate / College Recruitment and Internship programs
• Prepare plans and oversee the execution of plans for achievement of desired Employer Brand and promote DHL Express brand as a Great Place to Work for All
• Continually evaluate and refine our processes to ensure positive candidate experience, employee experience and improve recruiter/hiring manager efficiencies
• Support implementation of all Diversity & Inclusion frameworks across TA and HR Performance projects
• Review HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards and work with Country HR heads to ensure we comply with regional/global HR strategies
• Monitor KPIs and Core HRMS system to enhance the quality of HR data by working closely with stakeholders in the region
• Deliver specific tasks related to the implementation and maintenance of various global and regional programs. Resolve complex issues related to Resourcing, Oracle HRMS, and data analytics.
• Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships and provide support to stakeholders across the region on HR Digitalization, Talent Acquisition, and Analytics programs

Do you have what it takes?

• Preferably a degree in Human Resources with 12 years of relevant work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to influence, inform and guide others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. Power BI experience is preferrable.
• High level of customer orientation and flexibility
• Focus on delivering results and high commitment
• Very strong drive and ability to learn quickly
• Strong process improvement skills
• Operational HR process know-how
