Join us and champion financial security for Singaporeans while leaving a lasting legacy.What you will be working on:You will be part of the HR team responsible for HR IT transformation projects, modernising HR processes, and enhancing HR digitalisation and automation to improve CPF Board\'s employee experience and HR delivery efficiency. The broad area of your responsibilities include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify opportunities for productivity enhancements by transforming and streamlining HR processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes that optimise efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Pilot new technologies and assess their potential for implementation, leveraging them to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Serve as the subject matter expert for the Human Capital Management (HCM) modules in the HR Information Systems (HRIS). \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the management of the HRIS, ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with the Board\'s objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate system upgrade and enhancement roll-outs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead or assist in conducting User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain system integrity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage HRIS access security and ensure compliance with data governance policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement measures to safeguard sensitive HR data and ensure data accuracy and integrity.What we are looking for:
