Job Description


We are partnering with a Global Commodities firm in search for a HR Executive, L&D (6 month maternity cover).
This person plays a key role who will add value to the business by supporting with any L&D training requirements. The HR Executive will work closely with the teams in Europe to align L&D initiatives and support the execution locally.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and executing training sessions, workshops and seminars independently or with external trainers
  • Identify training needs and developing training materials for training
  • Executing by conducting training including (but not limited to) on-boarding training, orientation and e-learning etc
  • Managing the logistics involved in setting up training sessions
  • Assessing the effectiveness of training programmes, by conducting post training feedback surveys
  • Acting as a liaison between HRBPs, line managers, and ground staff to align training requirements
Qualification
  • 3 years of relevant experience within a related L&D HR function
  • Ideally have prior exposure in the commodities industry
  • Adaptability and flexibility to integrate into a multidepartment/multinational culture
