Job Description
Our client is a main contractor that handles various projects in Southeast Asia.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and implement L&D strategies and policies.
- Run internal and external training programs.
- Take part in campus fairs for graduate engineers and interns.
- Monitor and update training records and employee learning progress.
- Perform staff orientation and briefings for new hires.
- ACTA Certified
- Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of L&D and recruitment experience in Construction Industry.
