Create and implement L&D strategies and policies.
Run internal and external training programs.
Take part in campus fairs for graduate engineers and interns.
Monitor and update training records and employee learning progress.
Perform staff orientation and briefings for new hires.
Requirements:
ACTA Certified
Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
At least 5 years of L&D and recruitment experience in Construction Industry.
