Plan, organize, and manage the full HR functions of the company.
Overall in charge of the HR department and daily HR-related operation matters
Develop and execute a local & APAC recruitment strategy
Proactively managing sourcing of potential profiles via a different channel
Assess applicant skills and experiences according to specific roles and provide suitable recommendations to the hiring Manager
Ensure best practices in recruitment and talent management
Compliances Apply for and maintain standards.
Ensure the company employment practices are compliant with the local & and APAC countries employment laws, the company policies, and international laws governing human rights.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of MOM legislation, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements and other local statutory requirements is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
