Job Summary:

• Company background: German MNC Manufacturing Company
• Working days & hrs: 5 days, (Mon - Fri), 8.30am - 6pm
• Working Location: East Singapore
• Salary Range: up to $ 6,500 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Sourcing and setting up of HRMS system
• Develop new HR policies, strategies, and tactics, and ensure align with the overall business strategy
• Handle end to end recruitment cycle
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Review performance and wage
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures
• Candidate with regional exposure will be an added advantages
