We are partnering with a regional agriculture business in search for a HR manager to be a part of the team.

This person plays a key role in supporting the business\'s Southeast Asia region with its HR operations.
Responsibilities
Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
Developing and implementing human resources policies.
Developing and executing roll out of skills framework programme for learning & development to all staff.
Motivating, managing staff wellness and supporting current staff.
Planning and executing strategic HR initiatives; working with functional heads to drive staff alignment to business objectives.
Addressing change and transformation, support employee transition and career development
Work closely with other project/change management teams across the organisation to provide visibility into progress and support the business through transition of changes.
Qualification
5 years of relevant experience within a related HR function, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
Ideally have prior exposure in the FMCG/food industry
