Job Description
We are partnering with a regional agriculture business in search for a HR manager to be a part of the team.

Responsibilities
- Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
- Developing and implementing human resources policies.
- Developing and executing roll out of skills framework programme for learning & development to all staff.
- Motivating, managing staff wellness and supporting current staff.
- Planning and executing strategic HR initiatives; working with functional heads to drive staff alignment to business objectives.
- Addressing change and transformation, support employee transition and career development
- Work closely with other project/change management teams across the organisation to provide visibility into progress and support the business through transition of changes.
- 5 years of relevant experience within a related HR function, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Ideally have prior exposure in the FMCG/food industry
