Job Summary: To manage full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions, include HR Planning & Budgeting, Payroll administration, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, Change Management, etc.Responsibilities * To develop and establish effective manpower planning, sourcing, integrating and retaining the staff
To devise and manage effective compensation and benefits packages to attract, retain and reward quality staff or talents
To develop and manage an effective employee relations and communications mechanism
To develop and manage an effective staff training and development function
To be responsible for welfare and recreation programmes for the staff
To be responsible for establishment and maintenance of effective human resource information and administration systems
Formulate HR strategies and align HR policies and programmes with Company objectives
Handle Day-to-day HR Operations
Admin Management . Oversee the day-to-day procedural operations of the office, ensure compliance and efficiency. Measure, identify, review and suggest adjustments when necessary Source, procure & maintenance of office equipment and supplies
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Business Management, HR Management, or a related field
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a fast-paced and dynamic organization
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders)
Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills
Full spectrum experience
Strong supervisory skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
High professional ethics and integrity
Team player with sound judgment and analytical skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
