Responsible for payroll processing for Singapore office as well as CPF and taxes submission
In-charge of Talent Management activities to attract and retain talents within the company
In-charge of yearly performance & salary review exercise and manage compensation & benefit programs
Conduct market survey and analysis on salary to ensure competitiveness
Develop and implement HR strategic plans according to organization goals and objectives
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and HR practices
Involve in UNION meeting and negotiation
Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
At least 4 - 5 years of HR Generalist experience
Proficiency in Excel function (Pivot table & Vlookup)
Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
