You will lead a team to provide HR advisory and to deliver a broad range of services such as manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations and compensation for our Singapore Eye Research Institute departments/services. You will drive improvement in strategies, policies and processes to attract, engage and retain talent and deliver efficient HR services.

Job Requirements: Min Degree preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Humanities, Social Sciences or its equivalent w min 8 yrs of relevant HR experience
