Job Description

This is a newly created headcount to be based in Singapore. You will be responsible for the complete employee lifecycle at Singapore office (SEA HQ) and act as a champion in driving company growth by building a diverse and high-performing team.

Client Details

Our client is a Series B start-up with a solid track record in India. Currently, they are looking to expand their operations across SEA with the regional HQ being strategically located in Singapore. This is a newly created headcount where you will report directly to the CEO and pioneer the organisation culture and best HR practices.

Description

• Build and implement talent strategy for SEA operating regions, anticipating local trends and complex challenges and opportunities.
• Set up and take responsibility on recruitment matters including evaluating current capabilities, identify gaps, and prioritise recruiting and development activities.
• Oversee the HR management by setting up internal policies, build up competency assessment framework, reviewing of existing SOPs and policies periodically.
• Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
• Build up the organisational culture for SEA office that emphasises quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Profile

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or related majors
• At least 5 years of Human Resources management experience, preferably within the logistics industry.
• Highly adept with Enterprise Law, Labour Law and other local regulations across SEA region.
• Team player and skilled communicator with good collaborative working skills.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, well-organised and willing to learn.
• Attention to detail and good organising, coordination and planning skills.
