Job Description
Our client is a Singapore based supply chain company, one of the leading players in the logistics sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Manager to be part of their HR team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to work effectively and independently with various stakeholders and contribute to the business strategy in building HR services.
- Ensure that the core HR operational work meets consistently high standard and exercise significant judgement in non-standard situations to ensure highest standards of HR service delivery.
- Understanding of customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and expectations, evaluate and develop opportunities to grow HR services through innovation or more efficient technologies, methods of processes.
- Liasing with key stakeholders and deliver HR services professionally.
- There would be other HR functions or projects that you may be tasked to do in additional to the current role.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resource experience ideally as a HR Business Partner or generalist with experienece in relationship management
- SAP experience required
- Excellent knowledge with statutory labour regulations.
- Knowledge of Prosoft would be a added advantage
