Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource
- At least 3 years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
- Has experience in supervisory roles.

Responsibilities:
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Managing, coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.
- Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
