A well-established company in the financial services sector is looking to hire an HR Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the MD of the company, you will be an individual contributor managing the full spectrum of HR functions. They key duties include managing performance, reviewing compensation, administering policies, executing HR strategies, developing talents, leading talent review, planning talent acquisition strategies, defining rewards policy, as well as establishing strong relationships with Country Managers. Your key focus are Singapore and Vietnam.
Your Profile
You should have a degree/diploma in Business Administration/Management/HRM with a minimum of 5 years\' experience in the relevant capacity. Prior experience working in a financial services company is preferred. Pre-requisites for this role are excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
