Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the in-house recruiting function.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and requirements.
- Select the best candidate experience in the full recruiting life cycle.
- Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as Business Partner / Talent Acquisition
