Job Description


To work closely with Senior Management in promoting a high-performance and collegial culture for the Company

  • Manage full spectrum of HR duties
  • Maintain HR policies, including compensation & benefits, and implementation of HR best practices
  • Responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes, resignation/termination and offboarding process.
  • Manage HR letters including employment contract
  • Manage employees\xe2\x80\x99 orientation programs
  • Administer work permit/employment pass application, renewal and cancellation
  • Manage employees\xe2\x80\x99 probation, confirmation, promotion, increment, resignation and termination processes
  • Update and maintain employee\xe2\x80\x99s records in HR Information System.
  • Involved in staff appraisal & performance management
  • Assist in disciplinary and counseling matters
  • Manage training and development for employees and maintain training records
  • Administer claims such as child care, NS, etc
  • Organise welfare activities and events
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in HR management or equivalent
  • Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and Singapore Labour laws.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Mature, honest and with professional integrity
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
  • Methodological& meticulous
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
