Job Description


Partnering with the stakeholders, you will drive HR initiatives that support the business in achieving business goals by developing and driving key HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations pertaining to the Employee Life Cycle, which include but are not limited to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement and offboarding
  • Maintain compliance to local employment laws and regulations
  • Recommend market best practices, review policies and procedures to be in compliance as well as to attract talents
  • Partner with the country managers to understand and execute the country\xe2\x80\x99s talent strategy and recruit talents to meet business needs
  • Drive and execute key HR initiatives, obtain buy-in from the countries and key stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement to increase HR operational effectiveness
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably with experience in managing India market
