Job Description


1.Develop Global HR policies, systems and processes.

2. Design, Develop and strategies global engagement initiatives with action planning such as employee engagement / work satisfaction surveys, SKIP level meetings, manager interventions through the employee life cycle processes, HR forums etc.

3. Drive global employee engagement calendars which include Fun@ Work, wellbeing programs, Festival celebrations, team building initiatives etc

4.Drive the global R&R program

5.Identify and Implement Learning & Development Programs such as - technical trainings, soft skills training, leadership trainings, etc. Create training calendars and measure training impact.

6.Drive the global end to end performance appraisal process with action planning.

7.Annual Comp & Ben benchmarking

8.Develop Organisation Readiness programmes
