Our client, a global MNC in the luxury fashion industry is looking for a HR Manager to join the team as the company expands their operations in the region.
The Role
You will be involved in managing the total rewards program for the region which includes performing job evaluations, salary benchmarking, salary surveys, reviewing benefit programs and provide subject matter expertise on matters relating to rewards. You will also be responsible for reviewing HR policies, guidelines to ensure there is proper governance in place, take part in budgeting, headcount costing, provide HR data insights to support business decisions, monitor HRIS system and lead HR projects that supports employee wellbeing, engagement and retention.
Your Profile
You should have 8 years of relevant HR experience with 5 years of experience in C&B function. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a good team player, have good communication skills, stakeholder management, able to work in a fast paced environment and have good time management.
