At Eni, we are looking for a HR Manager within ETB Singapore Branch in ETB Singapore, Ngee Ann City, Orchard Road. You will be responsible for sending monthly payroll updates to external payroll provider to include any changes including new starters, leavers, bonus payments, salary adjustments and reimbursements.

As a member of the human resources department at ETB Singapore Branch you will be responsible for:
\xc2\xb7 Coordinating the recruitment activity for the ETB Singapore Branch
\xc2\xb7 Drafting job descriptions with managers
\xc2\xb7 Arranging and attending briefing sessions with recruitment agencies
\xc2\xb7 Arranging first and second stage interviews
\xc2\xb7 Ensuring background checks and internal paperwork are completed.
\xc2\xb7 Making offers of employment.
\xc2\xb7 Setting up of new starters and ensuring full profiles are set up in advance of employees joining.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for new joiner inductions
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for checking monthly payroll data file, ensuring the Head of HR approves the payroll file as per POA, uploading the payroll invoice to internal system for finance to process
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for ensuring expatriate tax payments are made in time with the Singapore Inland Revenue (IRAS) once tax returns are computed by Deloitte.
\xc2\xb7 Liaising with payroll provider to ensure that IR8A forms are submitted for employees employed locally to Inland Revenue, Singapore as per IRAS submission guidelines.
\xc2\xb7 Liaising with Head Office for annual salary review and bonus exercise
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for drafting salary review and bonus letters
\xc2\xb7 complete HR reports as and when requested by the different business units and including external reports such as Mercer data collection
\xc2\xb7 First point of contact for any HR employee relations issues in the Singapore Branch and also responsible for attending meetings, note taking and drafting of letters where required
\xc2\xb7 Liaising with employment Lawyer as and when required for advice and assistance
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the application, renewal and termination of foreign employee\xe2\x80\x99s work passes (with support from local agent) to ensure that all employees have a valid working visa for Singapore
\xc2\xb7 Support employees and families when relocating or departing Singapore
\xc2\xb7 Assisting in setting the training budget for the Singapore Branch at the beginning of each year and monitoring the budget spend during the year
\xc2\xb7 Ensuring performance objectives for trading and non-trading staff are set on an annual basis and open and closed at the necessary times
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for ensuring that the Private Medical and Office Insurance schemes are renewed annually and ensure all necessary internal approvals are in order
\xc2\xb7 Liaising with the corporate secretary and external provider to ensure all Company information is up to date with ACRA Singapore
\xc2\xb7 Owning the Corp Pass for the ETB Singapore Branch and making necessary filings/ changes as and when required
\xc2\xb7 Liaising with the finance team, ensuring that requests form the Singapore Department of Statistics are completed
\xc2\xb7 Maintaining cost recharges for the various Service Agreements in place in the Singapore Branch
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and oversee invoice management for all costs related to the Singapore Branch
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the HSE activities for the ETB Singapore Branch (appointed HSE advisor)
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for all HSE documentation for the Singapore Branch and updating as appropriate with the HSE
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for ensuring that the office is well equipped with first aiders and fire marshals and that HSE training courses are all up to date
\xc2\xb7 Ensuring that all HSE equipment is serviced and in working order
\xc2\xb7 Coordinating the local aspects of the HSE Audits with the ETB HSE Manager based in Headquarter.
\xc2\xb7 As appointed Security Officer for the Singapore Branch, responsible for the security of the office and ensuring that the Branch has all of the necessary Eni security documentation in place
\xc2\xb7 Supporting with organising events for the Singapore Branch
