Oversee insurance and medical benefits programs.
Conduct regular reviews and updates on compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness in the market.
Stay updated on market and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
3. HR Reporting/Dashboard:
Maintain and provide regular updates on manpower status.
Keep management informed about employee-related matters.
Provide quarterly HR updates to the management team.
4. Projects:
Plan, forecast, and manage HR budgets.
Organize job fair events, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
5. Others:
Manage employee disciplinary cases and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Develop and update HR policies and employee handbook.
Ensure employee safety and wellness initiatives are in place.
Promote employee satisfaction through various engagement initiatives.
Enhance company brand image and awareness through effective HR practices.
Provide oversight on overall HR functions within the organization.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR management with a focus on performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR reporting.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
