Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee engagement and performance management
Manage recruitment, screening and selection process
Prepare employment contracts and HR letters
Carry out salary review and annual performance appraisal exercises
Work pass application, renewals and cancellations
Manage employee\'s monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A Year Income Tax Assessement
Any other adhoc duties required
Requirements: \xef\xbb\xbf
At least 2 years of working experience in Human Resources
At least 2 years of experience in start-up or Fintech industry
Able to work independently and a good team player
Meticulous and attention to details
