Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee engagement and performance management
  • Manage recruitment, screening and selection process
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR letters
  • Carry out salary review and annual performance appraisal exercises
  • Work pass application, renewals and cancellations
  • Manage employee\'s monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A Year Income Tax Assessement
  • Any other adhoc duties required

Requirements: \xef\xbb\xbf
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Human Resources
  • At least 2 years of experience in start-up or Fintech industry
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • Meticulous and attention to details
