With Offices in Singapore, France, and Thailand. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on our most important asset, our people. This role is responsible for engaging, training, and developing our people, working closely with the HR Director (TA) to make Chab an amazing place to work.
Some of the things you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing include:
Measure Employee Engagement across the organization, and design creative initiatives to increase engagement.
Identify employee training needs & create an inspiring learning & development program that encourages the continuous growth & development of our people
Overhaul the performance management process and timeline, introducing a system that meets the needs of the business objectives
Tie performance & outcomes to total rewards and promotion cycle
Develop & implement effective HR policies and processes that support the growth of the company and its people
Implement a mentorship program by detecting internal needs and pairing them with internal or external capabilities.
Craft various initiatives and events that encourage a fun and positive work environment, where employees feel valued and appreciated
Manage team bonding activities & schedules, delivering engaging and creative experiences.
Work closely with the heads of departments to allocate workload
Working closely with different Head of Departments to Organize, review and implement yearly training plans as well as individual employee development plans such as coaching and training to elevate team productivity and efficiency
Help build competitive total rewards plans to attract, engage, and retain employees
Adhering to employment laws and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
Ensuring up-to-date and accurate employee data in the HR Management System
Monitoring and reporting of HR Metrics
Must haves
More than 7 years of HR experience, with a minimum 4 years experience in L&D and/or Talent/Employee Engagement
Experience creating & implementing performance management process
Ability to manage in all directions
A positive, can-do attitude, with a solution-oriented approach
Experience delivering training advantageous
Expert communicator, fluency in English essential
The ability to motivate and inspire others
It would be great if you also have
Experience, or interest, in the events & creative industries
Formal HR qualification (CIPD, IHRP, or equivalent)
Experience building competitive Total rewards (C&B) policies
