Due to an internal promotion, we are searching for a talented HR & Office Administrator to join our team in Singapore. This role will report to the HR Manager and will be based at our attraction, Madame Tussauds Singapore on Sentosa Island. Flexible work arrangements are available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role will primarily provide efficient & detailed support to the Singapore team across all HR activities, with key duties:

  • Be the point of contact for day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance to current legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, ensuring a memorable candidate experience.
  • Support the HR Manager in delivering the annual employee engagement plan, with a key focus on driving high employee retention.
  • Develop training & development plans in consultation with the Operations team in Singapore.
  • Deliver local L&D programmes as a facilitator and support communication & roll out of e-learning materials.
  • Provide administrative support & consultation for performance reviews, improvement plans, disciplinaries and the appraisal process.
  • Provide administrative support for monthly payroll.
  • Manage office resources for Madame Tussauds Singapore including sourcing vendors, reviewing costs, ordering and maintenance for all office supplies.
  • When needed, take lead as acting HR Manager to support critical functions such as payroll submission.

You will have a background in Human Resources and passion for driving positive employee experiences. Key skills to support this role are:

  • Possess strong work ethics and morals.
  • Proactive problem solver with an eye for detail.
  • Has a track record of strong administrative and time management skills.

  • Have a passion for people.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office in particular, Powerpoint and Excel.
