Office Management
Oversee daily administrative functions which include, office maintenance, filings, courier documents etc.
Create procedures / policies for office to ensure office resources and equipment are correctly and efficiently utilized.
Supervise and manage staff requests such as booking of travel and accommodation arrangements for staff, office procurement needs and staff reimbursements reviews.
Coordinate with HQ and our appointed secretary company to file and keep record of important corporate documents.
Provide information to Management for the development of the office eg. regulatory information, project information etc.
HR Management
Implement recruitment of short and long term personnel.
Organize and participate in review of job applications, candidate shortlisting, and interviews.
Ensure recruitment and personnel actions are compliant with MOM policies and procedures, contract requirements, and local labor law.
Manage office related HR procedures such as on-boarding and visa arrangement for incoming staff and conduct termination procedures, including arranging exit interviews, and collection of all equipment and termination documents
Maintain personnel records.
The Successful Applicant
About 5 years of relevant working experience
Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource / Business Adminstration or equivalent
High level of intiative with a pro-active personality
