Hr Officer (employee Engagement/ Od/ Training)

Job Description

The HR Officer(s) will be exposed with different facets of HR such as: Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Performance Management / Total Rewards, Organizational Development.I. Employee Engagement

  • Plans, organizes and executes corporate activities and organizational engagements - annual corporate events, quarterly townhalls, teambuilding activities, office engagement activities, cultural change, corporate social responsibility initiatives, etc.
  • Designs and recommends programs that will maximize employee development, engagement and satisfaction.
*Facilitates and adopts relevant social media best practices into the corporate culture and manages the company's internal social media related engagement projects, as well as recommending new systems and vehicles to improve the quality, consistency and timeliness of information.
  • Acts as point person for employee internal communication in coordination with the different Departments of the Company.
*II. Learning and Development
  • Recommends, designs, develops, and implements innovative learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, succession planning, and management and leadership development.
  • Conducts training needs assessment, maintains technical expertise, and researches best practices in learning and skills development trends to implement effective learning development programs to ensure continuous growth and development of the employees.
  • Maintains records and tracks employee development outcomes and reports.
  • Researches and recommends subject matter experts, third party service providers for external technical / non-technical, and sales-related training and facilitator needs.
  • Facilitates employee trainings and coordinates learning and development programs including scheduling, event logistics and vendor relations.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of trainings and programs implemented to promote progressive employee learning and development.
  • Ensures learning and development programs are within budget and are aligned with corporate goals through analyzing employee productivity and recommending new approaches or modifications that will improve efficiency or effectiveness.
III. Performance Management / Total Rewards
  • Recommends and executes effective performance management including formal performance appraisal system. Gathers and summarizes performance appraisal for management review.
  • Plans, evaluates, and implements appropriate methods and systems for recording performance related documentation and monitoring compliance with performance appraisal system to ensure complete and accurate performance review.
  • Assesses employees' needs by conducting organizational climate survey to determine motivation and engagement factors for employees.
  • Participates in salary market surveys to determine prevailing reward practices, rates and benefits.
  • Designs and executes effective communication strategies and success metrics relating to rewards and performance management of the company.
  • Contributes to the review of existing systems and policies and recommends and develops new policies and programs in the rewards and recognition, performance management, coaching and mentoring.
IV. Organizational Development
  • Plans, develops, recommends, and leads development programs for employees.
  • Analyzes business operations and processes, identifies developmental needs, and proposes programs and initiatives to address those developmental needs.
  • Contributes to the restructuring of the overall organization to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives. This includes conducting job evaluations, working with Managers to update job descriptions and table of organization.
  • Reviews the impact of interventions on employee retention and job satisfaction and, reports and recommends programs and solutions to Human Resources Head.
  • Documents processes and presents progress reports to Human Resources Head.
Assists the HR Head in the annual Department planning and budgeting. QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology and/or other related courses
  • Minimum of three (3) years work experience preferably as Human Resources professional specialized in employee engagement, learning and development and organizational development.
  • Familiarity with project management and performance management and total rewards programs
  • Great attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
