We are looking for an HR Intern - Employee Engagement to join our APAC Regional teams in Singapore! You will get the opportunity to gain hands-on work experience and get involved in exciting projects in the Organisation and People Development team.

Responsibilities

• Support OPD team on Performance, Learning, Employee Engagement, and Diversity and Inclusion
• Take ownership of at least 1 engagement event over the course of the internship with guidance from the team
• Develop basic analytics skills through supporting analysis of employee engagement surveys
• Support the preparation of presentations, communications, and internal webpages where necessary

Requirements

• Penultimate or final year undergraduate students
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
• You are comfortable with dealing with and are driven by data.
• Strong passion in the food delivery and q-commerce industry
• Able to commit for at least 3 months full-time/part-time internship to experience the work we do
