Support the Learning & Development (L&D) team in training administrative, logistics and finance-related matters
Coordinate and manage pre and post administration and logistics for all L&D workshops/activities (virtual and/or face-to-face)
Tracking of expenses, updating budget spreadsheet, and process L&D-related payment such as manage invoices and liaise with vendors and internal finance team
Planning, scheduling and promoting training events, including meetings, orientations and training workshops
Design EDMs for promoting learning culture
Requirements:
Diploma holders with administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office, especially in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills to take initiative and build trustful relationships
Provides excellent service to internal customers through all forms of communication
Strong organizational and time management skills
Meticulous and pays attention to details
