Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources or equivalent is required for this position
Required skills: Knowledge of all HR functions (compensation & benefits, labor relations, recruitment, training & development), Proficiency in MS Office, Knowledge of HRIS is a plus, Analytical skills

*Responsibilities:
Supervises the hiring process that includes effective sourcing of applicants, conduct of interviews, and coordination to requisitioning department for the final interview.
Coordinates and attends employee's administrative hearing/appointment by the HR Manager/HR Head.
Checks and reviews the accuracy of all disciplinary memos prepared by the immediate subordinates and ensures timely issuance to concerned employees.
Maintains HR Information System at Central Office and ensures that all information are kept current and accurate and ensures confidentiality.
Maintains an effective monitoring system of employees' contract and performance review schedules.
