Job Description
*Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources or equivalent is required for this position
- Required skills: Knowledge of all HR functions (compensation & benefits, labor relations, recruitment, training & development), Proficiency in MS Office, Knowledge of HRIS is a plus, Analytical skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Supervises the hiring process that includes effective sourcing of applicants, conduct of interviews, and coordination to requisitioning department for the final interview.
- Coordinates and attends employee's administrative hearing/appointment by the HR Manager/HR Head.
- Checks and reviews the accuracy of all disciplinary memos prepared by the immediate subordinates and ensures timely issuance to concerned employees.
- Maintains HR Information System at Central Office and ensures that all information are kept current and accurate and ensures confidentiality.
- Maintains an effective monitoring system of employees' contract and performance review schedules.
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
