Job Description

• Reviews product specifications indicated in the Job Order Pouch and seek clarification from the immediate head if necessary.
• Sets ups, adjust and operates personalization machines (thermal printer, embossing machine, inkjet printer, and others) to produce quality cards.
• Performs all regular daily, weekly, or monthly maintenance of personalization machines in accordance with the established Maintenance Program.
• Develops and maintains the configuration of the machine in order to maintain a clear print or impression on the plastic cards.
• Informs Production Supervisor of the need for materials needed in the personalizing cards.
• Inspects work in process and finish products to ensure that the quality standards and product specifications are met and maintained.
• Resolves first-level technical problems related to the quality of personalized cards, equipment, materials, and other solutions as necessary.
• Reports breakdown of personalization equipment to Personalization Supervisor for appropriate action.
• Prepares accurately and submits on time the operator's daily production report.
• Performs work in accordance with the established standard operating procedure of the department.
• Contributes to the attainment of the established department's performance objectives and targets.
• Performs other duties within the department as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• College Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any computer-related courses
• At least 1 year of work experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
• Able to acquire knowledge and understanding of operating different types of personalization equipment
• Able to work on a shifting schedule within a 24hour work period
• In good health condition and physically fit to work
• Preferably residents of Quezon City or willing to work in Libis, Quezon City
