About the job HR Operation & Compliance, Senior Executive (Urgent)
Responsibilities
Perform auditing on company HR practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Ensuring company compliance with industry-specific regulations and HR employment standards
Develop and implement improvement plans on existing HR practices/ policies
Ensure HR operations are following company policies and relevant regulations as well as statutory compliance
Review and formulate HR policies and ensure proper implementation
Oversee data and information management
Oversee HR operational activities
Assist in HR projects management
Stay up-to-date on regulations/ legislation changes
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 2 - 3 years of experience in HR & Administrative experience with HR compliance background
Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
