Roles & Responsibilities Our Client, a reputable MNC in the Logistics industry is looking for a Senior HR Executive (Compensation and Benefits) to join them! Job Scope

• Liaise with shared services on payroll and C&B related processes to ensure payroll and C&B procedures are running smoothly
• Works with C&B providers e.g. insurance to facilitate C&B processes for employees and review provider's performance
• Executes and administers daily compensation & benefits operations including employee leave and medical / insurance claims according to company policy and in compliance with legal rules
• Assist with annual salary review exercise
• Propose appropriate and relevant improvement of work processes from time to time
• Maintains and updates compensation & benefits related information
• Collects ongoing and latest compensation & benefits related information like government regulations, market practice etc.
• Conduct periodic review compensation & benefits related policies in line with government regulations; or propose in line with market practice
• Participates in salary/ benefits surveys and process/ analyse/ recommend required changes to balance the operation cost and the company's competitiveness in talents attraction and retention
• Take up ad-hoc compensation & benefits improvement/ enhancement projects which will be assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time

Requirement

• Applicant Should have at least 2- 3 years of experience in handling HR Compensation and Benefits duties
