Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administration of payroll for Singapore and Malaysia, including Full-Time, Part-Time and Contract workers.
  • Ensure timely generation and submission of monthly payroll and variety of headcount reports for monthly closing, management reporting, budgeting, MOM surveys, etc.
  • Provide HR related advice to stakeholders and manage employee queries
  • Assist in the management of full spectrum of HR operations to support employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding
  • Ensure staff data is maintained in HR management system with high level of accuracy.
  • Ensure policies, processes and transaction records are compliant to local statutory requirements and corporate policies
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR operations processes
  • Occasional management of travel-related bookings and arrangement.
  • Liaise with auditors, IRAS, medical insurance for payroll and benefit related issues
  • Participate in projects and initiatives as and when opportunities arise
  • Manage and work closely with payroll vendor to ensure timely & accurate processing of monthly payroll, filing of statutory contributions and other payroll-related and tax clearance matters.

Requirements
  • 1 to 3 year's HR Operations and payroll working experience
  • Ability to manage high volume of transactions with quality in a timely manner
  • Working knowledge of a HR/Payroll management system (BIPO, Workday, Prosoft, etc) a plus,
  • IT-savvy with proficiency in MS office applications, especially Excel.
