About Our Client
Our client is a Singapore based finance company that focuses on providing structured finance solutions. The company has a strong reputation in the industry for its high credit ratings and capital adequacy, enabling it to offer competitive financing options. It also has a diverse portfolio of clients from various sectors, including shipping, energy, and logistics.


Reporting to the Group CHRO and administratively to Head of Recruitment and HR Operations, the successful applicant will be an individual contributor responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate and timely execution of end-to-end payroll administration and expense reimbursements, with assistance from a third-party vendor. Additionally, managing tax filings and withholding obligations for employees and designated Board of Directors members.
• Managing employee data, records, and benefits, which includes integration with onboarding, offboarding, and internal staff transfers.
• Administering employment-related benefits programs, encompassing Group Insurance initiatives (with the aid of an insurance broker), internal health benefits management, and other perks such as Leave and Service Awards.
• Collaborating with internal finance counterparts to aid in the preparation, monitoring, and updating of staff cost budgeting.
• Assisting the Head of Recruitment and HR Operations by providing data for the annual compensation survey.

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of HR Operations experience with strong focus in payroll / benefits
• Strong proficiency in operating with MS Excel.

• 1 year contract with potential for conversion to permanent employment
