Accountable for Employee experience related to the above areas of competence, ensuring high quality and fast execution
Provide customer service through inquiry management and resolution
Perform specialized process administration ensuring perfect execution in line with Headquarter guidelines (eg. Salary review, reporting, etc)
Serve as point of contact with Headquarter Total Reward Center of Expertise
Generate operational reports and analyze data to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Process data changes related to the above processes in HR System where needed (ERP: Oracle)
Process all transactions related to the above processes. Process HR transactions and payments
Maintain HR systems (including data quality) and perform configuration activities
Ensure compliance with local rules & legislations in personnel administration, payroll and Total Reward processes, being always updated on new rules & requirements for the Singapore APAC HQ
Develop localized HR Policies for the Singapore APAC HQ
Experience and Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree in Human Resource Management desirable but not essential
Minimum of 5 years\' experience working in HR Remuneration/ Operations/ HR Analyst / process improvement type role
Skills and competencies
Attention to detail and focused on continuous improvement in HR processes; a passion for analytics and technology/systems
Highly organised
Solid Excel skills with the ability to develop and enhance reports
Excellent customer service understanding and service delivery orientation
Superior communication skills
Knowledge of PayGlobal and Oracle would be advantageous
Strong team focus - with a "can-do" attitude aimed at continuously building and improving a team dynamic
Ability to work calmly under pressure
