Responsibilities

• Build and foster a strong partnering relationship with the internal stakeholders (head of departments and employees).
• Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes.
• Manage and execute employee engagement activities and well-being programs.
• Manage employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding.
• Liaise closely with Payroll/ vendor to provide proper documentation for payroll administration.
• Execute benefits administration (including but not limited to medical and insurance claims, employee recognition programmers)
• Support recruitment activities including onboarding, conducting interviews and internships.
• Assume the role of the onsite HRIS administrator: Workday, Prosoft etc.
• Prepare monthly headcount reports and other ad-hoc reporting.
• Participate actively in HR initiatives and benefits harmonization projects.
• Provide HR support for Australia remote site.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or relevance.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in HR partnering and/or HR Generalist work experience. Open to consider fresh graduate with a keen interest to pursuing HR career.
• Comfortable working in an Aircraft Engine Centre environment supporting 200+ employee.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Law and manage the local and foreigner workforce with work pass requirement - Work Permit/ S-Pass and Employment Pass.
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize.
• Meticulous, process & results-oriented, and strong follow-through.
• Good knowledge of HRIS in Prosoft and Workday is a plus.
