Job Description


Salary: Up to $6,000.00 Per MonthIndustry: Aerospace Manufacturing Industry (MNC)Location: Bedok SouthWork hours: 0800hrs to 1728hrs, Mondays to FridaysThis is a 1-Year Contract Role.

  • Provide HRP support by working closely with the stakeholders to lead and deliver strategic objectives of the business.
  • Support the business through the development and execution of positive employee relations strategies across one or more sites.
  • Assist HRPs with full spectrum of HR functions in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, employees relations, compensation and benefits etc.
  • Lead HR projects encompassing the full range of HR functions, such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits
  • Interpret and advise on local process guidelines (i.e. rehire eligibility, privacy practices, termination guidelines, etc.)
  • Ensure consistent management of policies and procedures for recruiting, rewarding, retaining, recognizing and employee development
  • Ensure reviews & compliance to corporate policies, government regulations and laws legal standards and best practices
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders and HR to facilitate smooth operations of the company by working closely with both management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • ER/IR: Handle employee relations and industrial relations which include managing disciplinary issues and organizing activities within the company;
  • Leverage insights and best practices to develop and execute positive employee relations strategies at the site level.
  • Point of contact for employee matters; build and maintain trusted employee relationships.
  • Conduct investigations and make disciplinary recommendations, when needed
  • Maintain strong partnerships with union leadership through execution of the grievance management process, negotiation and campaign support, process interpretation, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Arts/Business/HR/Management (At least 4 years of experience); or
  • Diploma in Business/HR with at least 6 years of HR experience
  • Extensive knowledge in local labor legislation and experience in relevant industrial/employee relations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, tactfulness and professionalism
Preference:
  • Experience in Manufacturing environment
  • Embody, influence and drive Company culture, Ambassador of Culture & Change and trusted advisor role
  • Meticulous and able to work independently in a very fast paced environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset of the HR function and processes.
