Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for the review and execution of payroll related duties. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Head, HR Service Excellence and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate processing of payroll matters.
:
- In house processing of payroll
- Ensure efficient and high quality execution of payroll processing
- Handle CPF processing and income tax issues
- Process NS claims, child care leave and maternity leave
- Attend to payroll specific staff inquiries with a customer service mindset
- Update and maintain payroll records
Who we are looking for:
Competencies & Personal Traits
Must possess a strong sense of urgency and be adaptable to thrive in a fast paced environment
Analytical, meticulous, with good planning and prioritization skills
Customer centric and effective interpersonal skills
Working Experience
- At least 2 years of direct experience in payroll processing
- Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
Education
- Degree in any field of study
