Job Description
Our client is a Market Leader in the Aerospace industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Payroll Executive to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Full-spectrum payroll processing and end of month cycle.
- Responsible for payroll calculation for OT, Irregular Salary Payment, No-Pay leave, Allowance, salary and computation of CPF reports.
- In charge of IR21 for resigned foreign workers and IR8A for tax filing purposes when required.
- Responsible for claims from government bodies such as NS MUP claims, maternity clams and childcare leave claims.
- Manage employee personal files.
- Liaise with benefits vendor related to employee reimbursement.
- Responsible for rolling-out interventions in association with overall organizational development strategy.
- Any ad-hoc duty as assigned
- Min Degree in Business Administration or HRM.
- Min 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in full-spectrum Payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Power Point.
