Job Description


Responsible for managing the payroll and human resources (HR) functions of an organization. To ensure accurate payroll processing, updating and maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. This position also involves evaluating and administering benefits, such as health insurance, leave administration.

  • Processing payroll for employees
  • Preparing payroll-related reports
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and filing payroll tax returns
  • Reconciling payroll discrepancies
  • Responding to inquiries from employees and other payroll stakeholders
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and issues
  • Assisting with the implementation of new payroll systems and policies
  • Managing time and attendance records
  • Reviewing and processing payroll tax deposits and filings
  • Maintaining employee benefit records

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field with minimum of two years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in payroll software timesoft will be an added advantage
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
