HR - People & Culture (P&C) Assistant Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sat alt - Curriculum Activity) Working Hours: 8am to 5pm Salary Range: $2500 - $3000 (Depends on experience) Location: Aljunied Wa HR - People & Culture (P&C) Assistant Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sat alt - Curriculum Activity) Working Hours: 8am to 5pm Salary Range: $2500 - $3000 (Depends on experience) Location: Aljunied Walk : We are looking to employ a People & Culture assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills. You will be required to handle employees from all walks of life. You are expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organisational and time management skills. You must be reliable and accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast paced working environment. Role and Responsibiities: To ensure success and as part of the regular job duties and tasks, a human resource assistant may perform some or all of the following: Handle part time and covering staff recruitment, onboarding, payroll matters and liaising with candidates. Maintain up to date HR employee's records into the HRIS system and the internal HR system (Engage) as and when required. Coordinate and arrange professional training (IB, PYP, MYP etc) for all the employees. Liaise with third party vendors (travel agents, course providers etc) on payment processing, reservation of courses and act as the first point of contact. Ensure that all professional development application forms and review forms have been duly approved and all required details have been completed. Assist and process all employees claims reimbursement and vendor payments. Check the annual flight and repatriation flight locations and budget for the expatriates. Consolidate and provide up to date costs as accurately as possible. Review, update and maintain proper filing of insurance policy, medical claims, daily invoices, Company medical provider list (obtained from the Medical Insurance provider), attendance on calendar together with master list, training schedules, training records, important documents and leave records. Inform insurer on the new hirer and leaver namelist, update MOM, Engage and all relevant government portals, internal and external system on the employee's details. Application & renewal of employment pass, dependent pass and all related work passes for employees and family. Involvement in whole school events and activities as required. To perform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders and line manager Qualifications and Skills: Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Human Resource Management, General Business Studies and equivalent. Engage, SAP, Microsoft, Google, Powerpoint skills knowledge. Comfortable with data analytics and a flair for numbers Meticulous and proactive
